摘要: 本文设计了一套基于数据采集硬件模块和LabVIEW软件模块的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)单电池电压巡检系统。该系统实现了对单电池电压数据的实时检测、显示及存储,准确度高,抗干扰能力强,有效保障了PEMFC电堆的稳定运行。以实验室自制的阴极开放式PEMFC为实验平台,证明了本系统良好的测试精度与稳定性。

Abstract:

A single cell voltage monitor system was designed and fabricated for PEM fuel cell application in this paper. This system consists of a hardware module using data collection chip, and the LabVIEW functioning as software module. It features the high-accuracy, strong anti-interference performance and real-time data display and data collection. It can be used to guarantee the stable operation of PEM fuel cell. This system was successfully applied in the performance study on a PEM fuel cell stack, and good experimental results were obtained.
