Abstract: Improve the frequency modulation effect of energy storage battery with different performances and solve the problem of over-charge and over-discharge in frequency modulation, a double-layer fuzzy frequency modulation adaptive control strategy based on stored state of charge (SOC) feedback is proposed. Performance-attenuating battery can maintain the SOC state of the energy storage battery in the case of meeting the frequency modulation requirements of the power grid, avoid over-charging and over-discharging, thereby prolonging the cycle life and improving the economy of the energy storage battery. The comparison between the simulation results and the traditional methods verifies the superiority of the proposed control strategy, especially for the poor performance of the battery SOC state is better than the traditional method.
